Rachel is a graduate of the University of Michigan and the University of Maryland School of Law.  She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in December 1997, and has practiced family law for more than 23 years.  She has represented clients across Maryland, including Baltimore County, Harford County, Carroll County, Howard County, Cecil County and Baltimore City.  Rachel currently serves clients primarily in Baltimore and Harford Counties, as well as surrounding areas. 

 

She concentrates her practice in all areas of family law, including Divorce, Custody, Child Support, Alimony, Marital Property, Protective Orders, Contempt Proceedings, Marital Settlement Agreements and Prenuptial Agreements.  In addition to addressing family law legal needs, she also assists clients with Adoptions, Estate Planning & Probate and Alternative Dispute Resolution issues, and serves as a Mediator for family law matters.

Rachel prides herself on her ability to guide clients through one of the most difficult situations they may ever have to experience.  She builds relationships with her clients based on trust, integrity, and open communications.  She evaluates all aspects of each party's case, to determine the best path to resolution.  Rachel is deeply committed to helping her clients navigate their family law matter by providing high quality, compassionate, yet results-oriented legal services.
